Makes vi dish - Approx one hundred twenty Calories per Pepper (Approx 25gms Carbs, 3gms Fat, 10gms Protein)

Adding pre boiled Lentils to the filling is a smart one additionally, add mince beef if you'd sort of a meaty version & you can't fail with some cheese stuffed within the high before you close up the lids (I use a vegetarian cheese or feta)
Ingredients
- 6 Capsicum/Bell Pepper (lids removed)
- Filling/In a kitchen appliance
- 400 gms Button Mushrooms
- Small Head Cauliflower (a rice substitute)
- 1 Medium Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbs ingredient
- 1-2 Sweet Long Peppers
- 1 tbs Mixed Italian Herbs
- 2 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne or Hot flavouring
- Handful Parsley
- to style Salt & Pepper
- For The Baking receptacle
- X2 Cans Chpped Tomato or Passata
- Parsley
- to style Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil (to your preference)

- In the kitchen appliance, mix the Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Garlic, Onion, Sweet Pepper, Spices & Herbs (set alittle handful aside to combine within the baking receptacle sauce)
- Line the baking receptacle with canned tomatoes, stir during a handful or the stuffing mixture (adds flavour) and parsley.
- Cut the super off the capsicums (if haven't already) & spoon the filling mixture into the capsicums. Replace the lid and place in receptacle of sauce
- Bake for approx 30mins. take away and serve (I wish to sprinkle with vegetarian or non vegetarian Parmesan cheese)
