Ingredients
- 1 Medium Tomato
- 3 cups approx inexperienced beans cut in 0.5
- 1 will Cannelini Beans (drained)
- 2 tbs coconut milk
- 1-1/2 Cups Vegetable Stock
Paste
- 1 Medium Onion
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbs Ginger
Spices
- 4 Cardamom Pods
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ground Corriander
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 2 Star Anise
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Corriander Seeds
- to style Salt and pepper
- 1/2-1/4 tsp ground flavourer (depending on hotness)
Steps
- Place onion, garlic and ginger during a processor and build a paste. Add oil to a pot, saute paste, add spices and blend through.
- Add the tomato, inexperienced beans and Cannelini beans and stir. Add approx one to 1 1/2 cups Vegetable stock (the volume you wish). Simmer for approx 20mins
- With approx five minutes to travel, add coconut milk. Stir through then serve once finished.
